IT Consulting when systems hold back growth.
When most of the working day is spent switching between software, manually copying data and managing disconnected systems.
Your IT infrastructure can no longer keep pace with your company's growth - and that's not an organizational issue, it's a systems issue.
We do the assessment - you make the decisions.
All you need to feel is that the current system is no longer comfortable. We'll help you see the big picture and the possible directions.

When systems become a burden instead of a business asset.
Systems don't talk to each other
Invoicing, CRM, warehouse, accounting - all living on separate islands. Data must be manually copied from one place to another, with errors and time loss.
You don't know which software you need
Everyone recommends a different system, proposals are hard to compare, and it's unclear which solution actually fits your company.
No IT strategy, just firefighting
IT decisions are reactive: something breaks, something slows down, something gets expensive. There's no planned development direction, only ad hoc fixes.
The company grew, IT didn't keep up
What worked for 10 people is no longer sufficient for 30. Processes don't scale, and systems increasingly hold back growth.
What does IT consulting mean in practice?
Business systems design and digital operations setup - with the approach that every decision should have measurable business outcomes. Practical consulting with concrete steps instead of abstract strategy documents.
We assess the current state of your business systems
We examine existing systems, processes and their connections - not in theory, but based on actual day-to-day operations.
We show you what's causing the problem
Slowdowns, data loss or parallel work always have an underlying cause. We identify it and name it precisely.
We provide a prioritized development plan
Not a general recommendation, but a concrete sequence of steps - showing which change delivers what return.
Independent, vendor-neutral perspective
We are not tied to any software vendor. We always recommend in your best interest - even if the answer is not our own service.
How can we help?
Companies engage us from two typical starting points. We can help either way.
If you don't yet see clearly what solution you need
Start with the EVOLUTIQ™ methodology
This approach is recommended if:
- You know something isn't working, but you're not sure if it's an IT issue or a process issue
- You've received consulting advice before that didn't deliver tangible results
- Multiple systems and departments are involved - and it's not clear where to start
- You want to see a business case before making any development or implementation decision
We conduct IT consulting using the EVOLUTIQ™ methodology. This is a structured discovery process that maps your company's operations, identifies time losses and reveals digitalization opportunities.

Start consulting directly
Direct consulting is the right path if:
- You're facing a specific decision: software switch, system expansion, digital project launch
- You know the problem and need expert opinion on choosing the right solution
- You want your existing software portfolio reviewed - what to keep, what to replace
- You want an external, business-minded expert to help think through internal IT decisions
After the needs assessment, we close the discussion with a concrete, documented recommendation. The first consultation is free and obligation-free.

A concrete sequence of steps to replace paper-based and spreadsheet-driven processes, ordered by business priority.
System integration consulting
Connecting existing software, designing data flows - without manual data entry and parallel record-keeping.
ERP or CRM implementation planning
Needs assessment, vendor selection, implementation project oversight - so the rollout goes according to plan.
IT security baseline assessment
Identifying data protection and access management risks, with a clear list of the most important action items.
Cloud migration planning
Evaluating the transition from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based solutions - with expected costs and risks.
Growth-related operational challenges
When to invest in custom development vs. off-the-shelf software - for your specific company size and industry.
How does IT consulting work?
Step 01
Initial consultation
We learn about your business situation, key challenges and goals. We determine how deeply it makes sense to review operations and where we can add real value.
Step 02
Process and systems discovery
We walk through the daily workflow: what software is used, how data flows, where errors and delays occur. The discovery is based on actual operations, not assumptions.
Step 03
Problem identification and prioritization
We collect the discovered issues and prioritize them by business impact. We show what needs immediate attention and what can wait.
Step 04
Solution design
For each identified challenge, we develop concrete solution options - with expected costs, timelines and an overview of anticipated business impact. We present multiple alternatives so you can make an informed decision.
Step 05
Development plan and decision support
Based on the approved recommendations, we create a prioritized development plan. On request, we also participate in vendor selection, proposal comparison and project specification.
Step 06
Implementation support
Consulting doesn't end at the handover. When needed, we oversee the implementation process or carry out the development work with our own team.

FAQ.
The fee depends on the depth of the assessment and the size of the company. A smaller review (1-2 days, specific problem) can be done at a fixed price. A comprehensive systems assessment and strategic roadmap is a more complex project for which we provide a custom quote. The first consultation is free.
A specific problem (e.g. system integration or software switch decision) typically takes 4-5 business days. A full IT infrastructure assessment and digitalization roadmap takes 2-4 weeks. We determine the exact timeline during the first consultation.
The EVOLUTIQ™ Program is a structured, deeper process assessment that maps specific automation and development opportunities - with ROI estimates and implementation priorities. IT consulting is broader: systems, software, infrastructure, strategy. The two complement each other; if it's not clear which fits your situation, we'll clarify during the first consultation.
Both. Based on the consulting results - if there's a concrete development need - we can carry out the implementation with our own development team. If another vendor is more appropriate, we'll tell you that too.
Yes, especially when the company is in a growth phase or most of the working time is spent on manual tasks. Early assessment is much cheaper than replacing a poorly chosen system later.
We don't handle computer repairs, IT service desk, social media account management, software license purchasing, virus removal or general home IT issues. We work exclusively in business systems, processes and digitalization strategy.
