Privacy Policy
The purpose of this data protection information is that NEXEN IT Development Kft. (Address: 48 Petőfi Sándor utca, Újlengyel 2724-HU, e-mail: hello@nexenit.hu; hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") via the website of nexenit.hu, inform the parties concerned in the widest possible way regarding the handling and use of the data received from the data subjects.
The provision of data is always voluntary, i.e. the data subject is free to decide whether to provide the requested personal data. If the data subject consents, the Data Controller shall process the data in accordance with the applicable legislation and within the limits of the data subject's consent.
By accepting this Privacy Statement, I consent to my personal data provided during the visit to the websites operated by the Data Controller and in any other way - detailed in Section 2 of this Privacy Statement - for the purpose detailed in Section 3 of this Privacy Statement, for the entire duration of the purpose. By filling in and sending the contact or contracting forms on this website, I also expressly consent to the Data Controller sending me an electronic newsletter and/or a text message to my mobile phone, and to contacting me.

2. Scope of Data Processed
- Name, e-mail address, telephone number and company details of the data subject.
- Information on whether or not the data subject is a customer of the Data Controller.
- Information on whether the data subject has received e-mails from the Data Controller, opened them or clicked on the links in them.
- Information on whether the data subject has accepted the contents of the Privacy Policy.

4. Chat Service Data Management
The text and voice-based chat service available on our website provides visitors with the opportunity to contact our staff. The following personal data is required to use the service:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Acceptance of the privacy policy
The data provided by users during the use of the chat service and the content of the conversation are automatically recorded by our systems.
Scope of data processed:
- Name and e-mail address provided by the user
- Transcript of the text and/or voice-based chat conversation (in text form)
- Time of consent
Purpose of data management:
- Answering visitors' questions and ensuring contact
- Traceability and documentation of inquiries
- Improving the quality of the service
Legal basis for data management:
Consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a))
Data retention period:
The data provided and the transcripts of conversations are stored for 30 days from the date of recording, after which they are automatically deleted. Data subjects may request the deletion of their data at any time within this period; detailed rules are contained in the relevant section of this policy.
Data storage location:
Data is stored in a data center within the European Union (on a server provided by Hetzner Online GmbH).
Access to data:
Only designated internal staff (lead developer and the data protection officer) have access to the recorded data.
Automated decision-making, artificial intelligence:
Chat service responses are partially automated with artificial intelligence support, based on predefined behavioral logics and documents. The system also has a moderation function that automatically filters out inappropriate content. Human intervention does not occur for every response, but particular attention has been paid in the design of the system to ensure reliable and secure responses for customers.
Data transfer, data processors:
We do not engage external data processors in the operation of the chat service. Data is not transferred to third parties, except where required by law.
5. Method of Data Management
The Data Controller stores the data of the data subject partly on the servers of Elin Kft. and Nethely Kft., and temporarily on the computers of the Data Controller. Only employees of the Data Controller with special access have the opportunity to process the personal data of the data subjects.
The provision of data is always voluntary, i.e. the data subject is free to decide whether to provide the requested personal data. If the data subject consents, the Data Controller shall process the data in accordance with the applicable legislation and within the limits of the data subject's consent.
6. Scope of Access to the Data
NEXEN IT Development does not conduct mass advertising, so it does not pass on your data in bulk and centrally to third parties in order to contact you with offers.
During communication, NEXEN IT Development engages a Data Processor to deliver emails to members. To ensure the successful (SPAM-free) delivery of circulars and individual e-mails, we use the e-mail service of MailerLite (www.mailerlite.com) (hereinafter: e-mail provider). We provide the e-mail provider with your name, e-mail address, the subject and content of the letter to be sent. The e-mail provider stores this data after sending until the data subject requests deletion. In addition to the transferred data, it also collects activity data until deletion, such as: delivery of the mail, opening, and clicks on links in the mail. These activity metrics may be retrieved and stored by NEXEN IT Development for an unlimited period, up to the user's express deletion request.
In addition to the above, the Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties.
7. Data Security Measures
The Data Controller applies extensive technical and operational security measures to prevent unauthorized use and misuse of the personal data processed. We regularly monitor and improve our security procedures in line with technological developments.
The Data Controller makes every effort to provide the highest possible level of security protection for the Service and your personal data. We perform continuous software updates on the operated servers; communication and data transmission between services takes place over an encrypted channel.
8. Data Subjects' Rights Regarding the Processing of Their Personal Data
The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data and may at any time request the correction and deletion of their personal data at the mailing address of NEXEN IT Development or at the e-mail address hello@nexenit.hu. The user also has the right to enforce their rights in court.
9. Enforcement
If the data subject feels that the Data Controller has violated their rights to the protection of personal data, they may contact the Data Controller in order to remedy the possible violation. We inform the data subject that they can also enforce their claim in a civil court or request the assistance of the Data Protection Commissioner. Detailed legal provisions on this, as well as on the obligations of the data controller, are contained in the GDPR Regulation, and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services, Section 13/A.
10. Technical Data, Cookies
- The NEXEN IT Development website uses so-called "cookies" to facilitate the filling in of fields for services, in which no personal data is stored, only an internal identifier. The services of the website can be used in full even if cookies are disabled in the browser.
- In addition, NEXEN IT Development may use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to measure traffic to the site for anonymized statistical purposes, including the following services: Remarketing.
- Additionally, you can disable all tracking by Google Analytics using the browser module available here.
- You can also use the Facebook remarketing code to display targeted ads. If you do not want to see ads based on your page views and interests, you can turn this feature off at this link.

NEXEN IT Development will endeavor to fulfill your request immediately, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the request. The retention of data is for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of this data management.
